Ohioans experiencing an issue with a federal agency can reach out to one of Sen. Husted’s state offices. The staff can act as a liaison between the constituent and federal agencies to help Ohioans answer questions, locate resources, get status updates, and work to resolve constituent challenges.

While Sen. Husted’s staff cannot ask an agency to circumvent its rules, force it to decide a question in a constituent’s favor, or change a decision that is already final, his team can make inquiries about the status of a situation and review the steps taken to ensure an Ohioan’s case is being handled fairly, properly, and in a timely manner.
